Legal terms and conditions for the Flysurf Instagram and TikTok giveaway, held between 10/23/2024 and 10/27/2024.
- Giveaway organizing company:
The entity organizing this giveaway is the company FLYSURF BRAND SL, with registered office at Calle Bronce, 35, Piso 1, puerta 11, Madrid, 28045, and CIF: B16955460.
- Purpose of the giveaway
The purpose of this giveaway is to celebrate the launch of Flysurf's new personalized WhatsApp advisory service and to reward our followers.
- Geographic scope and participants:
This giveaway has a national scope, excluding Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands. Participants must reside in the Iberian Peninsula.
- Timeframe
The promotion period will begin on 10/23/2024 and end on 10/27/2024 at 8:59 PM.
- Participants
All individuals residing in the Iberian Peninsula, previously registered on Instagram or TikTok with a single real user, and who follow the Flysurf account on either of these platforms (@flysurfbrand), may participate for free and voluntarily.
They must actively participate in the giveaway by following the mechanics set out in this document. Employees or direct or indirect collaborators who have been involved in the promotion of the giveaway, as well as their first-degree relatives, may not participate.
Should Flysurf detect fraudulent participation or participation that violates the terms, the participant will be automatically excluded.
- Giveaway mechanics:
- Follow Flysurf's account on Instagram (@flysurfbrand) or TikTok (@flysurfbrand).
- Tag two friends in the comments of the giveaway post on either platform.
- Send the word "sorteo" (giveaway) to Flysurf's WhatsApp (link in Instagram/TikTok bio).
- Prizes:
The prizes are as follows, which include:
- A surfboard with a cover and leash, and the possibility to exchange the board for a more advanced model if the winner improves their skill level within one year (only one exchange is permitted). To do so, the customer must return their previous board model (undamaged), and the new one will be provided.
- 4 surprise accessories to be given away independently.
Only one prize per person is allowed. Shipments exclusively within the Iberian Peninsula.
- Prize award mechanics:
The winner will be randomly selected using ChatGPT. The winner will be contacted via a private message on Instagram or TikTok. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be chosen. The prize is personal and non-transferable.

Instagram and TikTok do not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway in any way, nor are they associated with it. The participant completely disclaims Instagram and TikTok and is aware that they are providing their information to Flysurf.
- Acceptance of the terms:
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms. Flysurf reserves the right to make modifications or add successive annexes regarding the mechanics and prizes, provided they are justified or do not harm the participants.
