If you surf year-round in mainland Spain, cotton or a blend of both materials will give you better performance in the colder months.
Winter Surf Changing Poncho
If you surf in winter, a thin microfiber poncho is not enough. Winter models have a higher grammage, a plush interior, and sometimes a thermal lining. The goal is not just to dry off, but to maintain body heat while taking off your wet wetsuit outdoors.
