At Flysurf, we guarantee the highest quality in our products. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any of them, you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to send it back to our warehouse free of charge and without complications.
In what cases can I return a product?
I received the order in poor condition.
I ordered the wrong product and want to change the size/color.
The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another one or return it.
In order to make a return, you must send us the product in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. The product must be wrapped in its original packaging, including accessories, if applicable. It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.
Once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse and verify that all of the above conditions have been met, Flysurf will proceed to refund your payment according to the payment method used, or, if applicable, ship the new product.
If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number where we can deposit the refund.

Returns to the rest of Europe
Because Flysurf guarantees the highest quality in our products, if there is any damage or defect, you can return your order free of charge and without complications. To do so, you must note the damage to the board on the delivery note and send photographic evidence of the damage to info@flysurfboards.es. .
If you wish to return or exchange a board for any other reason, the return will cost €50. In order to make such a return, you must send us the product in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. The product must be wrapped in its original packaging, including accessories if applicable. It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.
