In accordance with the requirements of Article 10 of the aforementioned Law, FLYSURF BRAND, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA provides the following information.

Page status updates that will be published on the user's profile.
The user can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them, and restrict who they share their connections with by accessing their privacy settings.

1 PUBLICATIONS

Once users have joined the Flysurf brand pages, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the social network. In all cases, users must be the owners of such content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the third parties concerned. Any publication on the page, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or is likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law is expressly prohibited. In such cases, the Flysurf brand and its owner reserve the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

FLYSURF BRAND, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA shall not be held responsible for content freely published by a user.
Users must bear in mind that their posts will be seen by other users, and therefore they themselves are primarily responsible for their privacy.

Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file by the Flysurf brand, but will remain on the Social Network.

2 CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS

The Flysurf brand and its owner, FLYSURF BRAND, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, reserve the right to hold contests and promotions in which users who are connected to its page may participate. The rules for each contest or promotion, when using the Social Network platform for this purpose, will be published on the platform. This will always be done in compliance with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer any of our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.

3 ADVERTISING

The Flysurf brand will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services. In any case, if it decides to process your contact details for direct commercial prospecting, it will always do so in compliance with the legal requirements of the LOPD and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending the Flysurf page to other users so that they too can enjoy the promotions or be informed of its activity will not be considered advertising.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Enjoy the pleasure of receiving your product on time, without having to insist or wait. Our transport service guarantees deliveries to anywhere on the Peninsula and the Canary Islands within a maximum of 5 working days and in perfect condition.

If you need your order more urgently, you can always contact us and we will do our best to help.

Our shipping is free to anywhere on the Iberian Peninsula and the Canary Islands. If you would like us to ship your board outside of this area, please contact us at info@flysurfboards.es and we will process your order.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping and Returns to Spain and Portugal

At Flysurf, we guarantee the highest quality in our products. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any of them, you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to send it back to our warehouse free of charge and without complications.

In what cases can I return a product?
I received the order in poor condition.
I ordered the wrong product and want to change the size/color.
The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another one or return it.

In order to make a return, you must send us the product in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. The product must be wrapped in its original packaging, including accessories, if applicable. It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.

Once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse and verify that all of the above conditions have been met, Flysurf will proceed to refund your payment according to the payment method used, or, if applicable, ship the new product.

If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number where we can deposit the refund.

Shipping and Returns to the Rest of Europe

For shipments to any European country other than Spain and Portugal, there will be an additional charge of €30.

Because Flysurf guarantees the highest quality in our products, if there is any damage or defect, you can return your order free of charge and without complications. To do so, you must note the damage to the board on the delivery note and send photographic evidence of the damage to info@flysurfboards.es.&nbsp.

If you wish to return or exchange a board for any other reason, the return will incur a cost of €50. In order to make such a return, you must send us the product in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. The product must be wrapped in its original packaging, including accessories if applicable. It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.

Warranty

In the event of any damage caused during transport, it is important that you notify the carrier at the time of receipt of the product. Once you have done this, let us know immediately and the return will be processed immediately without any shipping charges for the customer. In this case, as well as if the product has manufacturing defects, the customer may recover the cost of the damaged product or receive another product in perfect condition at no additional cost. All returns must include the original receipt, corresponding original labels, and original packaging.

Flysurf customers benefit from a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material, exposure of the products to environmental conditions expressly contraindicated in our maintenance guide, or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in this warranty.
