Our Flex-Fiber® Technology

Our Flex-Fiber® technology allows us to offer the best learning and progression boards on the market. Light and easy to handle boards that, despite their large volume, are built with the aim of speeding up the improvement in control over the wave.

What is Flex Fiber?

Designed by surfers and developed by engineers. Flysurf technology allows us to develop light, manageable and resistant surfboards.

This construction is based on a central foam of water-resistant Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) with three wooden stringers inside, an external lamination of high-density plastic (HDPE) and everything sealed with an edge or rail. em> black EVA rubber. This is Flex-Fiber®.

Its excellent buoyancy and resistance capacity allows you to combine the best of both worlds: the safety and buoyancy of a soft board, with the handling and control of classic rigid fiberglass boards, so you can learn to surf. without losing style.

All this makes Flex-Fiber® the perfect composition for beginner and intermediate surfers on their way to improving their surfing: easy-to-surf boards. strong>

  • Progression

Our technology makes a cork board or soft board look very similar to a hard board. So as you improve, you'll almost unknowingly be getting used to a fiberboard by the time you're ready to take the next step.

  • Security

Safety is a key aspect in learning to surf. Our boards have an EVA rail or edge that surrounds the entire board that acts as a "shock absorber" from any blow, ensuring the integrity of each and every one!

  • Control

The edges of a surfboard are used to "nail" the board on the wall of the wave and turn. Unlike the vast majority of soft boards, the edges of our boards are very similar to those of a hard board: a differential aspect in improving your surfing.

  • Lightness

In general, learning tables are characterized by their large volume, and therefore disproportionate weight. Our flex-fiber technology allows us to build strong, yet light boards. To facilitate its transportation and control over the water.
