Designed by surfers and developed by engineers. Flysurf technology allows for the creation of unique surfboards: fast, light, and durable.

Discover Flysurf technology

Water-resistant expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam, with three wooden stringers and a new external polyethylene lamination, Flex-Fiber®. Vacuum bonds at high temperature, without the use of adhesives, fiberglass, or resins. All this means we have the perfect and proven configuration for easy-to-surf boards that can withstand the toughest treatment.

Flex-Fiber Technology

Flex-Fiber® is the trade name for high-density polyethylene (HDPE+), a semi-rigid plastic sheet. Its excellent buoyancy, resistance, and comparatively low manufacturing costs allow it to combine the best of both worlds: the price of a soft-top, with the performance and style of classic rigid fiberglass boards.

Furthermore, unlike other soft boards, all our boards come equipped with a leash plug similar to those on fiberglass boards, which ensures a complete seal against water leaks.

Nuevo Tapón Leash Flysurf

All these factors make Flysurf technology (Flex-Fiber) the most suitable composition for beginner and intermediate surfers on their journey to improve their surfing. There are no boards on the market that offer similar features at the same price.

When choosing your first surfboard, it's crucial not only to look at the exterior design but also at the quality of the materials that guarantee a long lifespan. Investing in a Flysurf board is a commitment to sustainability and long-term performance, as our manufacturing processes minimize chemical waste by eliminating toxic resins. By opting for a high-density construction, you ensure that your equipment does not lose its flex and reactivity properties after the first few months of intensive use. This balance between lightness for transport and robustness against accidental impacts on the shore is what truly makes the difference when you decide to take the plunge and acquire your own technical gear for the first time.

Take a look at our boards and maximize your learning in your surfing sessions without stopping the fun!

See you in the water!
