New Flysurf softboards
After a somewhat unusual year, they are finally here. With some delay and many, many headaches to make production possible amidst the slowdown caused by COVID-19, Flysurf softboards arrive with the shapes corresponding to their 4 models, but with technical innovations and a few surprises.
Flysurf Softboards – Technical Innovations?
The same Flysurf softboards, but different.
We have improved the sealing of the boards, both for the leash plug and for the FCS plugs on models that feature this system.
What remains the same?
10 years of creating softboards for beginner and intermediate surfers means you know exactly what works.
- We continue to offer the same shapes and sizes. These adapt to the needs of beginner and intermediate surfers and bring so much joy to experienced surfers looking for a good session on smaller days.
- Flex-fiber technology in the board's coating.
-
Plenty of soul: 3 stringers that guarantee a highly resistant board.
And what else?
And what else?
Let's talk about surfing, but let's talk beautifully (and on recycled paper). We want the immersion into the Flysurf world to begin the moment you receive your surfboard at home.
Each model comes with the Flysurf Riders magazine, a guide where we've indulged in explaining every technical detail of your board, essential maintenance tips, and the basic code of conduct in the water. We also take the opportunity to tell you a little about our history (just enough not to bore you), accompanied by a series of photographs that the Flysurf team has put all its heart into.
Additionally, we include a special gift: our exclusive tote bag. It's not just because the design turned out amazing, but because we want you to have a useful accessory to organize your surfing gear or simply to go buy bread. With this small detail, we continue to eliminate plastic bags from our supply chain, reaffirming our commitment to more ecological and conscious production every day.
And that's not all: surf more, wax less.
We make boards that last. Investing in durable materials is one of the most direct ways to protect the environment. Let's be practical: beyond recycling, the key lies in curbing the overproduction of disposable or short-lived products.
To help you give your board the best care and extend its lifespan, we propose a change: doing away with wax. We do this for marine ecology, for your own savings, and so that your Flysurf maintains its impeccable appearance over time.
With this goal in mind, this year we include easy-to-install adhesive hexagonal pads. We want your board to look like new after every session, maintaining its performance intact and avoiding chemical residues in the ocean.
See you in the water!
Flysurf Team.
